Fitness Secrets for Building Muscles

fitnessbodyPeople who are good in particular sports, have the same type of muscular build and they develop the same muscular pattern like broad shoulders, long legs, and look tall and muscular.

These kinds of people have been said to possess a genetic body type called as ectomorph, which means that they do not have muscular body like body builders but have muscles that are suitable for their sportive activities.

The reason for such people to have such a kind of body is because they don’t concentrate on doing workouts of high intensity. They are used to low intense long workouts and so they do not get muscle mass but make themselves fit for the particular sport.

These people can gain lean muscle mass only by focusing on heavy workouts of short time span.

Some of the workouts they can opt for are lunges, squats and crunches, pull-ups, push-ups, bench press, free weight lifting, bicep curls, and other free weight workouts that stress on particular muscle groups.

We should repeat the workouts for at least three times during a session. It means that we must choose the workouts in such a way that we reach maximum contraction levels during that time.

Also, we must plan to do workouts in such a way that they adhere to our body capacity and we do not exceed our safety limits since applying more stress can cause negative effects.

It is also a known fact that many of them do not take enough diet and so they do not get enough stuff for their muscles. These people have to consume protein rich foods such as fish, liver, green vegetables, milk, steamed chicken, and protein shakes that contain amino acids, which are building blocks of our muscles.

We should see that we take much enough food that supplies the necessary calories and energy for our body to perform the daily activities.

We must consume around 3500 calories every day to get the strength for our workouts as we can lose about 2500 calories in them. We must focus in planning our diet and workout routine in such a way that it gives optimal energy and we get the best out of it.

We must not make the mistake of eating less and doing a lot of heavy intense workouts, which will tear away our muscles and will not give us any strength. The more we work and the more we eat, then we get stronger and smarter.
