The articles printed in fitness magazines are supposed to help encourage and motivate the reader to lead a more fit and healthy lifestyle.

The purpose of a fitness magazine is to provide the readers with an easy way to find facts and tips about getting and staying fit, as well as to teach subscribers how to lead a healthier life.

The online versions of the magazine often include matters that are not found in the printed version of the magazine, such as healthy recipes.
