Fat Smash Diet
The newest diet fad, the “Fat Smash Diet” is the hot new way for participants to gain a perfectly toned body and keep it that way. The Fat Smash Diet was devised by Dr. Ian K. Smith. This ninety day diet plan works to help dieters reach their preferred body weight. The diet plan is broken down into four stages that occur at specific times. Most diet plans involve limiting the amount of food a person consumes. The Fat Smash Diet encourages you to consume as much fruit and vegetables as you desire. The diet program also advises participating in exercise programs and consuming six to eight glasses of water daily. The following article explains the four different phases of the Fat Smash Diet.
Phase One of the diet plan focuses on detoxing the body. This phase goes on for nine days. During the detoxification stage, dieters eat primarily fruits and vegetables four to five times daily. Meals are consumed every three hours while drinking water throughout the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic exercises are performed each day for five days. The aerobic exercise helps keep the body in shape and absorb the nutrients and vitamins from the fruits and vegetables eaten. The first phase of this diet is vegetarian based and works to release toxins.
Phase Two of the plan extends for three weeks. The dieter continues to eat the fruits and vegetables from Phase One but can now introduce lean meats, fish, certain cereals, and dairy. Cardiovascular activities are bumped up fifteen percent. Phase Two of the Fat Smash Diet teaches the dieter how to eat properly and incorporate exercise into their daily routine.
The third phase of the Fat Smash Diet adds complex carbohydrates such as pasta and bread to the existing diet of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and dairy. Portions are enlarged during Phase Three. The dieter is now able to have a dessert daily. Exercise is increased twenty-five percent. This phase extends for one month.
The last phase of the Fat Smash Diet focuses on establishing a healthy diet and healthy habits that the dieter can continue to incorporate into their lifestyle. Phase Four will teach the person how to reach their preferable body weight and maintain it through their life. If the dieter is not able to reach their preferred body weight, steps one through four are repeated.
