Change your Eating Habits

First order of business would be to change your eating habits. Your eating may have to be drastically reduced depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

When reducing your food intake it is pertinent that you monitor your eating habits so that you don’t starve yourself. It wouldn’t hurt to maybe fast two or three days in order to condition your body for upcoming adjustments.

Focus on Cardio

When you decide on workouts, rely solely upon cardio and light weight lifting in order to develop tone and definition when the weight comes off because it will come off. If this is done properly, you are pretty much guaranteed to see immediate results.

Exercise Frequently

If it’s your first time instituting a rapid weight lost program, it is important that you exercise as frequently as possible because your metabolism will speed up and you want to have a high metabolism rate in order to shed pounds faster.

Even more important is to take your time regardless how fast others may appear to be going. Competition is fine as long as you’re prepared for it mentally.

Keep in mind; that to participate in a rapid weight lost program, one of the biggest dangers is not knowing what your body can take. Feel your body throughout the course of the program and know what your capabilities are. Exercising must become your best friend if you plan on shedding unwanted pounds that have you at the butt of jokes.

Once you have gotten to your desired weight and you are pleased with the results, your next task will be to maintain your status. The only way to accomplish this will be to keep a close eye on your calorie intake and if you indulge one day, WORK IT OFF THE NEXT!
