Have you ever wondered what it would take to get your body to look like those hot shots your girl thinks look so hot on the big screen? The following are some example exercises that can help you put a step in the right direction.
A great example of a body pushed to the limit is Bruce Lee. He was and always will be a role model for those guys who are slim and trim. He showed that you didn’t have to look like the hulk to bulk. His workout was for toning. Try his workout.
Clean and presses, 2 sets 8 reps for shoulders. Barbell pullovers, 2 sets, 8 reps for your lats, barbell curls 2 sets, 8 reps for your biceps, 2 set, 6 reps of bench presses for your chest, good mornings 2 sets, 8 reps for lower back/glutes/hams, quads, 2 sets, 12 reps and for your abs, waist twists 4 sets, 90 reps, sit up twist 4 sets, 20 reps, leg raises 4 sets, 20 rep and leaning twist 4 sets 50 reps.
Sylvester Stallone recommends the following exercises:
On Monday, Weds and Friday:
In the morning: chest, back and abs, in the afternoon, shoulders, arms and abs.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:
In the morning: calves and thighs, in the afternoon rear delts, traps and abs.
This is the type of body building that professional bodybuilders do. The pattern is done in 8 to 12 reps and 3 to 4 sets.
As you can see, it doesn’t matter if you start out big or small, with the right exercises, you can still bulk up or tone up and your girl will think that you are as hot as the stars. As with any exercise program, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure that the regimen you have chosen is the right one for you.
