Falling hairs and prevention

A large number of people, all around the globe take the pain brittle, dry, and weak hair texture. Few common reasons of hair fall are illness, stress, excessive exposure to the sun, poor diet, tension, use of chemicals of hair as in Perming, bleaching, harsh shampoos and hair colors. There are some cautions to stop hair fall: wash your hair with shampoo on daily basis because only clean scalp is a good. A protein rich diet with plenty of green vegetables, seasonal fruits and dairy products can stop falling hairs. You should drink plenty of water daily. One should always use a shampoo which is mild and make sure to condition your hair after shampooing, which prevents split ends and dry hairs. The shampoo and conditioner should be rinsed out thoroughly.

Vitamins also play a vital role in preventing hair falling. Iron diet is necessary for healthy hair. But brittle, dry, split hairs show the deficiency of iron in your diet. Spinach has proper iron balance and should be included in the diet to have healthy hairs. Zinc is helpful in preventing hair loss as well as graying. You should take food which is rich in Zinc content. Obese people generally have zinc deficiency and if hair fall is too much, then they should start consuming zinc rich food. Food including stone ground as well as wholegrain flour is rich sources of zinc.

Deficiency of vitamin B leads to dandruff, hair-fall, premature graying and can cause loss of health of the hair. So, the entire B group Vitamins should be taken in adequate amounts as they are essential for shine, color and volume of the hair. Vitamin C is necessary for the proper growth and function of capillaries which supplies blood to the hair follicles. So you should include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet chart.

Vitamin E takes care of hair growth. Refined flours should be avoided and whole meal and eggs, wheat germ, vegetable oil should be preferred. Copper is also good for prevention as it stops hair fall vigorously.
