Facial Exercises
You tend to get lots of benefits from practicing exercises on a regular basis. In olden days, people did not have gyms to go to, but their daily chores gave them as much exercise as they could have gotten from a gym.
They worked in the fields, drew water from wells, swam in the lakes, cooked without gas or electricity, washed clothes/ utensils, etc. These activities consumed quite a bit of energy and kept them fit.
Things have changed nowadays. A lot of tasks are being done by machines, and technology has taken over things that were done manually earlier and thus has improved our lifestyle.
However, this has resulted in less physical effort, and people have to make do with the exercises they get by doing household chores or going to gym.
The air pollution existing at present is quite high and these pollutants affect your face. Just as you are taking care of your body by going to gym, you also need to take care of your face.
Many people hate the idea of becoming old. With the passage of time, symptoms of old age begin to show in your face: wrinkles, double chin, lines, sagging muscles, etc.
If you are keen to eliminate wrinkles as well as sagging, you need facial exercise that will protect you from wrinkle formation. You will also get an extra glow.
Face-lifting tools are available in the market and these are useful for your facelift. You can also practice facial exercises at home.
Facial exercises
For sharpening the jaw line, you must slap the bottom of your chin using the back of your hand; you have to repeat this at a faster rate for a minimum of 30 times.
Your body and mind gets relaxation if you strike the face using upward movement.
In order to decrease the number of small lines around your mouth, your lips have to be curled inside your mouth and, with your mouth closed, blow air. This facilitates stretching of mouth muscles all around your mouth. Count to five and thereafter relax; repeat ten times for good results.
