Exercises To Increase Height
Growing tall is a prime concern of people’s mental state today. Many of them thought that if they increase their height it will help them to look smart and great. The growth of hormones is responsible for the increase in height. From childhood to grown up stage a short stature or dwarfed child or young person has to suffer from inferiority complex, self imposed condemnation and mockery by people who are comparatively taller.
Human growth hormones are only solution to the problem. Human growth hormone is produced in the anterior portion of the pituitary gland deep inside the brain. Production peaks at adolescence when accelerated growth occurs. But growth hormone levels fall steadily on reaching adulthood, and the body stops growing tall. Here are some effective exercises to increase height.
• Stand erect. Maintain gab of 300cms between the legs. Bring both of your hands behind your neck and tilt your head from left to right then right to left. While doing the exercise don’t bend your knees, only bend your waist to one side. Hold the position for few seconds and repeat the process for 8-10times on either side.
• Bhujangasana-This exercise stretches the spine and strengths the backs and arms. Lay down on your stomach. Keep your legs together, arms at your side, close to your body, with your hands by your chest. Inhaling, slowly raise your head and chest as high as it will go. Keep your buttock muscles tight to protect your lower back. Keep your head up and chest and heart out. Breathe several times while come down. Repeat the process.
• Bar Hanging- Hold a bar that is at least 7 feet above the ground level, so that your foot doesn’t touch the ground when you hand on the bar with your arms straight. Now swing your body while hanging to the bar. Make sure you do not swing with the help of your wrist. Hang with your palms. Keep your spine straight while swinging. It will help to increase your height.
