Exercises For Your Face

Today more and more people are going for cosmetic surgery. Some want to get a nose job, some want to change the shape of their lips, whereas some want to have the eyes, nose or lips of their favorite celebrity. Some opt for surgery to get rid of flaws. Whatever may be the reason, more and more people choose undergo surgery.

I know everyone wants to look beautiful. But you do not need to go under the surgical tools for that. And for healthy, glowing skin, do some facial exercises regularly. You can do them in your spare time when you are watching TV or reading a book or cooking.

Drooped neck and jaws does not only make one look unattractive, but older as well. Here is a simple exercise that can help. Sit straight and bring the jaw forward so that your neck stretches and lift the bottom lip. After doing this open your mouth.

Just drop your jaw. Bring the jaw forward and slowly start lifting your jaw and put the bottom teeth on top of the upper teeth. Do this exercise at least three times a day. This will lift the neck and jaw, as well as the face.

The next exercise is called the winning smile. Keep your mouth closed and make sure all the facial muscles are relaxed. Now try smiling as widely as possible keeping your mouth shut. When you reach the most broad point, hold the position for a while and then release. Do this at least three times a day. You can also work on once side at a time.

The third exercise is called the eye opener. Touch your orbital bone with your index finger. Gently lift the muscle up and outward. After you are done doing that, close your eyes and squeeze the lids. Do this three times a day.

Those are some of the simple exercises that you can do at home. But this does not mean that you cannot take the help of an expert. You can always go to a salon and get a facial massage that is beneficial to the skin.
