There are many suggested exercise programs which can carve or beautifully shape your body by losing weight and make you feel great.

Losing weight can be made very simple if you follow a proper, planned and regular exercise program. There is an exclusive workout featuring a walking or a running program that demands just 15-45 minutes, three to five days a week combined with stretching and breathing exercises. Exercises related to muscular strength and endurance boosting exercises are sufficient even twice a week. For optimum results include few stretches with the workout.

The perfect grouping of cardio, strength and stretching exercises not only burns enough calories, it also carves and sculpts the muscles, thus, preventing us against various health problems which are common in people who are sedentary. The best part of impact includes boost in your confidence and self-esteem as there is an enhancement in the abilities by acquiring more appealing physique and sound mental health. This program can show you the results in just six weeks. So be prepared to walk or run.

In the walking workout, you just have to replace walking by running

In the first week from day 1 to 5 follow this:
15 minutes of easy walk
15 minutes of moderately easy walk
20 minutes of easy walk
Off for next 2 days.

In the second week from day 1 to 5 follow this:
20 minutes of easy walk
15 minutes of moderately easy walk
20 minutes of easy walk
20 minutes of moderately easy walk
Off on the 5th day.

In the third week from day 1 to 5 follow this

25 minutes of easy walk
Off n the next day
20 minutes of easy walk
Moderately easy walk 4 min followed by speed walk 1 minute. Now repeat for 15 minutes all.
Off on the 5th day
Now follow the same exercise for another three weeks to get optimum results in six week.
