If you are trying to get in shape, you do not need to stop eating. In fact, it is best if you start eating more of certain foods. Think about the different foods you eat.
Do you eat a lot of pre- packaged foods? Many of these are processed and they often contain added sugar. Refined sugar is not good for your body. You should be eating a good mixture of different fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Whole grain is also an excellent choice. These foods are going to fill you up and make sure you are not hungry.

No, you did not misread that – you should never be hungry if you are trying to lose weight. If you want to lose weight the healthy way, it is important to feed your body.
Eating smaller amounts, more often, makes sure that your metabolism is working at a high rate. In turn, your body will burn up fat much faster. You are going to be able to get in shape quicker this way, without starving yourself. Do not listen to what “crash diet” plans tell you. You do not need to stop eating to get healthy.
