‘O’ing the mouth
The first exercise starts with shaping the mouth to resemble an O letter. You have to wrap the lips around the teeth completely when you activate to shape your mouth to form the O letter. If you do this properly, you should feel that you have powerful grasp of the jawline region with the action fully.
Then, you have to keep one or two fingers on the chin and gradually open the mouth assuring not to gape the mouth completely. Do this repetitively from thirty seconds to one whole minute holding the position that you are in at the last step. Perform the exercise daily about thirty repetitions to get the best results.
Sitting straight
You can start yet another effective facial exercise by sitting in such a way to keep the back straight. Then keep your hands tightly on each side of the neck while crossing your legs and then extend muscles of the neck by simply pulling up them. By pushing upwards also, you can feel tightening of the neck muscles well.
Improve your neck muscles well by doing this exercise about half an hour to one hour for a day. If you do these two workouts daily in a planned schedule you can achieve great result.
They are advanced exercises but start with these fundamental exercises and see the excellent improvement you can have with your facial muscles with its appearance and its muscle strength as well.
