Drink plenty of Water- One of the most tips on effective diet says that for losing quick weight drinking plenty of water is must. Water is one and most important catalyst in losing weight. Water acts as a natural appetite suppressant by keeping your full and fending off dehydration that leads to hunger cravings. Water also provides benefit to flush out toxins from body. When you don’t drink enough water liver that works to provide stored fat for energy also takes on role of helping the kidneys eliminate water and becomes less effective at metabolizing fat.

Take protein- Protein is an element that helps to control weight. The reason behind this it is immediate satiety factor. Also, it keeps you full for longer time period. It also balances out carbs by preventing insulin spikes that can lead to a drain in energy and sugar cravings. Protein also helps maintain muscle mass, which is very important in the fat burning process. At least 20% of calories should be in the form of protein.

Don’t Diet-Losing quick weight don’t mean that you go on dieting or not taking food for whole day. One thing you have to do is cut out the taking of more calories. Avoid using fried and high calorie food in your diet. Try to burn more calorie than taking in.

Eat Healthy Fats-One more tip on effective diet is take in healthy fat. Cold-water fish can prove better option. You can also eat nuts and olive oil to increase your metabolism. Chilies can also increase your metabolic rate but it doesn’t mean you always eat dishes with more and more chilies. Eat More Fibrous Food-Eating more food rich in fiber help food keep moving to your bowels. High fiber foods are generally low in calories and fill you up, so eating more of them means you’re eating fewer calories and leaving less room for calories from other foods. Fiber also cuts calories by attaching itself to some of the other proteins and fats that you eat and eliminates them as well. The average person consumes about 8g of fiber per day, but many experts recommend 25g. Start your day with a high fiber cereal and keep eating fiber throughout the day.
