Not only it affects the well being and proper functioning of the body, right weight is very essential for a pleasing personality. A smart and fit body not only boosts the confidence but it also impresses the people.

If one has an obese body then one can encounter rejection on many levels- it can be at job where pleasing personality is required or even in a personal way as it inhibits developing of a relationship.  An obese person fails to attract the people of opposite sex.

The problem of obesity is increasing at a very fast rate due to the changing and hectic lifestyle.

People try out with many things but these things just fail and do not show the desired and long term results.  To make weight loss program a success one should follow some effective strategies.

The first technique which leads to effective weight loss is to visualize yourself to be thin. If you will picture yourself to be in perfect and desired shape then this will give you the kick to work hard to achieve what you visualize.

The basic key behind it is that thinking positive helps you to achieve your set goal in a better and effective way.

Another very helpful and effective technique is to go in for prayer or meditation. This is a very good technique to handle the challenges of the day. This will not only give peace to your mind but also relax your body.

Then you should opt for role playing. Rehearse with your spouse or partner to act a situation in which you will tempt to over eat. This will prove very helpful when you face the real life dilemma.

These strategies are not only effective but they show long term results. The brain has the ability to develop and make sensible and healthy choices. This will not only make your body healthy but also your mind.
