Eating Right Is Key To Strong Immunity
The healthy diet is always advised. Eating right is good for many reasons. Recently, a medical journal has come up with a report, which claims that your diet is directly linked with your functioning of the immunity system. In other words, you really have to mind what you are eating. After all, the immunity system is very vital for our body system.
Now, my task would be to guide you by giving some hints about a healthy diet and what it should comprises of toc. I hope you don’t compromise in having a healthy diet, as our immune system is the main protector of our body from various dangerous diseases. The stronger your immune system is the healthier you are.
First of all let me tell you what food you should include in your daily diet. Vegetables are must to be included. Remember, even if you are a non vegetarian; always include vegetable dishes while having any non- vegetarian dishes. At least thrice a week have some dishes, made from beans, seeds, nuts, whole grains.
It is advised to have food, which have high content of carotenes. No need to look for some special food, which can give you carotenes, rather the commonly available vegetables like carrot, cabbage, radish, broccoli, tomato have high content of carotenes. While making any dishes, try to use garlic to enhance the taste, as garlic is excellent to make the immune system strong.
Next, we would see what kind of food should be avoided. Food high in fats and sugar is to be avoided. So, say no to processed and packed food, readily available in the market. Try to make this a habit to have in the breakfast something, which is very low in fat. For example, yogurt is a good item to have it in the morning.
