It may also happen that you have noticed certain weight loss after frequenting at the gym and eating the right food for a period. Your morale may be affected at the realization of the weight loss.

Your food journal for evaluation:

At this level you need to understand the interrelation between healthy food and shredding of extra fat. Mysterious as this may seem to you.  You will have to prepare a food journal for you. Insert carefully on the sheet what food and what kind of food you have been taking within the span of 24 hours.

After seven days sit with the journal and study honestly what effects you have experienced. This is an evaluation program. Please, this is time for judging yourself so that you will successfully rearrange and change your food keeping right in the mind the issue of weight loss and simultaneously the issue of energy level.

Always remember exercise is a must and again your energy level cannot be compensated or wounded at all.

In this process you may not always be deprived of the cookie or candy bar or ice cream cone that you love so much. You will have those happily but definitely with some restrictions, the restrictions which have been imposed by none other than you only.

Reorientation:

Reorientation in the selection of food items is also very important. There is no scarcity of low-fat, low-sugar food in the market now-a-days and you will have to try and find out options for your favorite alternatives.

But remember the instrument to rein is within you and with a sound health you will own the energy you really need.
