Tilapia is a verity of fish, which is usually grown in US in closed farming system. So, Tilapia is safe to eat, when it is from US. Don’t eat tilapia from China or Taiwan.
If you want to have tuna fish then opt for Chunk light tuna. This particular variety of tuna is good for health than the canned white tuna. The Chunk light tuna is very good or heart.
There are endless varieties of fishes are available. In such a case, the basic thing you should notice is that the species should be from cold water and not from saline water. Sea fish is good but, they bring some negative side effects as well. Remember, when you have cold, avoid having fish.
