Dos And Don’ts Of Nutrition On Kidney
There are certain food types which may increase the risk of kidney problems and on the other hand there are some foods which you can not avoid. The recent studies on nutrition and its role in helping the risk of kidney stones have revealed that the previous recommendation to reduce the diary products to prevent the risk was not guided properly.
On the contrary women who consumed more dietary calcium had lowest risk of kidney problems.
Here are some of the foods which are likely to aggravate the chance of getting kidney problems. You better know them. Don’t eat if you doubt that you might be having the problem. Beans, beets, green peppers, spinach, coca, chocolates, tea, peanuts, peanuts oil, salt, soft drink, lots of meat and wheat bran. They are not to be eaten if you have kidney problem. The organ damaged can lead you to many unwanted diseases. Kidney failure is the most common one.

Here are foods which you can eat. Your diet must contain two glasses of milk, magnesium and orange juice a day is sure to help you a lot. Besides these, you must take additional calcium; drink eight to ten glasses of water in a day. This will clean your system. Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables which are in the list of “must eat”. Vitamin B6 is advised to take; it is of great help for the disease. Don’t ignore this problem. It may cause disastrous consequences.
