Pick the pulp: – water intake is an essential for people who are on a look out for the correct figure. But we find it difficult to drink water all day long. So switch to juices, but with the pulp. This is because pulp rich juices fill us up faster than the pulp free juices, thus resulting in less intake of juice, thereby reducing excess calories. fruit pulp is fiber loaded and is important for your body. It will also make you feel filled you throughout the day. Pulp will also prevent insulin from rising. Your total juice consumption will be reduced to one forth if you switch to pulpy juices.

Whole-wheat:- the same principle applies here also. Switch to whole wheat bread from the usually taken white wheat bread. Excess fiber in the whole wheat bread will fill you up quicker than the white bread. Whole wheat products also help in stabilizing the sugar levels.

Cheese: - most of us love to have sandwiches in lunch or breakfast. You can make you sandwich healthy without killing the taste. Instead of using the whole slice of cheese, include the shredded cheese. This way you will be eating cheese but in a small content.

These minor changes in your eating habits will make a noticeable difference in your weight within weeks of switching. So don’t starve but eat healthy.
