Diabetic Dish For Dinner

Diabetes is a syndrome that is characterized by disordered metabolism and abnormally high blood sugar and that may result from insufficient level of hormone insulin. Herb encrusted baked fish
Haddock or scrod- 11/2 pounds
Nonstick cooking spray
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Snipped fresh brasil-11/2 teaspoons
Ground black pepper-a pinch
Unsalted butter (cut in chunks)-1 tablespoon
Snipped fresh tarragon- 11/2 tablespoons
Snipped fresh thyme-11/2 tablespoon
Lime juices- 6 tablespoons
Lemon and lime slices- for garnishing

How to make
Preheat the oven at the temperature of 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Take a baking pan and coat 13×9 inches with nonstick cooking spray.
Take a bowl and put brasil, thyme, tarragon, black pepper and salt in it. Now, mix it thoroughly.
Place the haddock in the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle it with half of herb mixture.
Turn over the fish and sprinkle the remaining mixture over it.
Drizzle the lime juice over and around the fish.
Top the fish with butter or either with butter flavored substitute.
Bake it for about 30 minutes until the fish is flaky. You can check the flakiness with the help of fork.
Turn the fish once during baking processor.
You can garnish it with lemon or lime slices.

As diabetic person have to take light but highly nutritious food, herb encrusted baked fish is the perfect diabetic dish that can be serve for dinner. Serve with a large salad and light vinaigrette dressing.
