Delicious Fruity Summer Salad

Here, I will tell you about a salad recipe, which can really sooth your both body and mind. This salad is specially meant for hot summer days, when you lose your appetite and don’t feel like eating anything. Learn this recipe and get ready to tickle your taste buds in the summer.

The ingredients you need for this summer salad are cottage cheese, which you take around 250 gram. You also need around 350 grams of mango, 250 grams of pineapple, honey (minimum 25 ml and you can increase the amount a bit if you are fond of it), two table spoon of lemon juice, one table spoon of oil, salt and black pepper according to your choice and most importantly 30 ml of ginger juice.

As you know making salad is not a great deal as long as you have a good sense of creativity. Yes, I mean to say don’t think that you can make salad by adding and putting anything healthy and raw.

Don’t be in misconception; making salad also requires skill and creativity.  You need to know the proper way of making and dressing the salad and then only it can really have an appealing effect on you and on your guests.

As you start preparing the salad, cut the cottage cheese into small cubes. Next take out the fruits like mango and pineapple to wash and peel them properly. Finally, cut them into cubes of the same size like cheeses. Put all these cut stuff in a bowl and keep them in refrigerator.

By this time, now you need to do a bit with the dressing ingredients. Except oil, take all the dressing ingredients and mix them thoroughly. Once they are mixed up well, put the oil in it and blend them again properly.

Now, you can bring out the fruits and cheese from refrigerator and toss them in the dressing before you serve.
