Diseases spread like wild fire and if it does not spread, it has successfully accomplished its job–Infection is the root cause of the formation of any disease. They are quick, they are nasty and most importantly they are dangerous. Most contagious diseases successfully spread like fire and do not leave their mark until too late – As you realize your sickness, it has already spread to another person. The best method to fight these diseases is to stay away from them. Be cautious of your surroundings and diseases to stay healthy.

Hepatitis A
Hepatitis A is a fatal disease that attacks your liver. It is caused by a clever and deadly virus that loves unhealthy conditions and surroundings. It usually spreads through food substances when the cooks do not clean their hands after using the bathroom. The symptoms of this virus are abdominal pain, fatigue, fever, diarrhea, nausea, jaundice and loss of appetite and this virus cannot be treated. The victims of Hepatitis A simply have to bear the side effects and discomforts of this deadly disease.

Breeding grounds: We all are very fortunate to reside in industrial areas and receive Hepatitis A vaccinations periodically. This vaccination protects us from the infection of Hepatitis A for around 15 years. If you have not received Hepatitis A vaccination, you will be an easy target of Hepatitis A in unhealthy conditions. While traveling make sure to drink only bottled water and do not eat fresh vegetables and fruits that are washed in contaminated water.

Malaria
Malaria has been the most contagious disease for years. It has affected numerous people around the world and is still killing people in the present area. The parasite is present in the Anopheles mosquito and spreads through a mosquito bite. As the parasite enters your body, it easily passes to the liver where it multiplies and grows. When it spreads to the maximum level, it targets your blood stream and contaminates the red blood corpuscles. The symptoms of malaria include shivering, anemia, vomiting, convulsions and wrecking fears. Treatment not given at the right time will prove to be very dangerous.

Breeding grounds: Malaria is commonly found in humid regions such as South America, Southeast Asia and associate Saharan Africa. You will find the existence of malaria in areas where Anopheles mosquitoes are present. Travelers can make use of anti malarial drugs prior to visiting malaria prone areas. However, the malarial parasite is becoming highly resistant to these drugs.
