Corn Salad With Red Pepper
The corn salad with red pepper is a salad which is colorful and delicious both. It could prove a good and healthy change if you are fed up with your daily salad routine. Corn is good in taste and also beneficial for health. It is less time consuming so it is best option for breakfast, picnic and whenever you want to eat just a snack.
To make 8 portions of corn salad with red pepper we have to look the following process.
Time of preparation-15 minutes
Time to cook-5 minutes
Ingredients:
• 6-7 ear corn(husked)
• 2 large red pepper(sliced into small pieces)
• ¼ cup parsley(chopped)
• 1 red onion(sliced)
• 1/3 cup rice vinegar
• ½ cup olive oil
• ½ tsp sugar
• ¼ tsp cumin(grounded well)
How to prepare:
Boil the water with salt. Cook the corn in them for 5 minutes. Leave it for few minutes until the corns are enough cool to handle. Cut the kernels off the cob with knife and place it in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix all of them well. Wait for few minutes and toss the mixture again before serving. Present it in bowl and add seasoning. You can use coriander leaves and some sliced onions as seasoning as it will add beauty to the dish
