Control calorie intake to lose weight
In order to bring your body back in shape and in order to maintain a good shape one has to be very particular about how much you eat and how many times you eat. In addition to this, the most important thing is to keep a track of how many calories you take in a day. Weight gain is the outcome of consuming more calories than your body requires. Therefore it is very essential to control the calorie intake in order to maintain perfect and desired shape of the body.
If you are overweight then it means that your weight is 30 percent more than the required weight. Then you need to follow the diet menu with 800 calories. That means that your diet should not be more than 800 calories. But if you are moderately overweight then you need to use and follow a diet menu with 1000 calorie food intake. And if you are mildly over weight which means that you weight is just 15-30 percent more than the required weight then you should opt for 1200 calorie diet chart.
However when you start losing the weight and your body starts coming back to the normal shape then you should still follow a low fat diet. If you are not losing the weight according to the chart or your weight loss is less then you should subtract few calories form you daily diet menu. You can exclude 200-500 calories from your menu to see desired results. This can be done by excluding some of the food stuffs from your menu for example if you eat two slices of bread with jam on it then you can opt for one to reduce the calories. You can even decrease the level of sugar; exclude potatoes and starchy food stuffs etc to decrease the calorie intake.
If you learn how to maintain the calorie intake and how to adjust the calorie count then you can very easily and effectively decrease your weight and even maintain the weight lost for longer period of time and even permanently. This will not only give the perfect shape to the body but also make it healthy, active and fit.
