Chinese Stir-Fried Vegetables

Seasonal vegetables are always recommended by doctors and physicians. Fresh vegetables contain different minerals, vitamins and proteins. Some people don’t like to eat vegetables, to provide proper minerals vegetables are best option but it should be cooked and presented greatly to attract the eater. Following is a list of ingredients; the preparation time, the cooking time and the preparation method of Chinese stir fried vegetables.

Preparation Time: 8 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

List of Ingredients:-
• Carrots (sliced) – 2 (medium)
• Garlic (crushed) – 2 cloves
• Cashew nuts – 7
Spinach – 7leaves
• Green capsicum (cut in triangles) – 1 (medium)
• Red capsicum (cut into triangles optional) -1 (medium)
• Button mushrooms (sliced) – 5
• Yellow mushrooms (cut into triangles) – 1 (medium)
• Cabbage (cubes of 1 inch) – ½
• Oil – 1 tablespoon
• Spring onion (quartered) – 2
• Dark soy sauce – 3 teaspoons
• Vegetable stock – 11/4 stocks
• Corn flour – 2 teaspoons
• Bean sprouts – 1/4th cup
• Salt – as per your taste

Preparation Method
• Heat a wok (shaped pan used in cooking Chinese food).
• Put the oil in it and heat it.
• Add garlic and sauté it until it turns brown.
• After it turns brown color add sliced onions to it and stir.
• Now, add carrots, green, red and yellow capsicums.
• Add salt to it and toss well.
• Add cashew nuts, mushrooms, a cup of vegetable stock and soy sauce, then stir well.
• Chop off the stems and also roughly chop the spinach.
• Dissolve corn flour in the remaining vegetable stock and add it to wok.
• Stir it and cook well.
• When most of the moisture evaporated adds spinach, cabbage, bean sprouts and salt to it. Cook it for 2 minutes.
• Serve it hot.
• Seasoned in desirable manner.
