Smoking- Smoking is the biggest checklist for beautiful skin. It harms the skin in many ways. Cigarette smoking robs the skin of its vitality. It is potential for being smooth and attractive. Whenever we smoke the skin struggles with the harmful effect of carbon monoxide that you releases while smoking. People who smoke regularly get grey skin. In this case if you are having any cause to your skin, the skin not rejuvenates quickly. It seems that women who smoke one pack of cigarettes a day or more, have a 50% greater chance of developing facial hair.
Drinking less Water- Water is one of the best natural things that can save you from many causes. Drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water a day can prove helpful in getting rid of toxins. It also keeps you hydrated. Dryness can cause wrinkles to your skin. So, for glowing and beautiful skin water is the best option.
Over washing- To get a beautiful and youthful skin you have to keep your skin neat and clean. Washing your face with a mild soap 2-3 times a day is sufficient but if you wash instantly your face it will result to harsh and dehydrated skin. The correct cleanser and routine for cleansing must suit your individual skin type and need. The best cleansers are effective enough to remove makeup and dirt, yet gentle enough to not denude the skin of its protective oils. Avoid using that soaps which contained detergents.
Proper sleep- Taking proper sleep is an important element of checklist for beautiful skin. Today is the time when everyone is so busy even he doesn’t have time to care for himself. For active days people need proper sleep and rest. Even many scientists concludes that sleepiness has become epidemic now a days all over the world. It also results to chronic fatigue, poor work production, ill humor and dissatisfaction with life. So, when you are well rested and getting enough sleep, your skin will mirror this with vitality and a healthful glow.
