Bulking up

It is very clear now that one can build muscles and lose body fat at the same time. The calorie maintenance level of body is the number of calories required to function and grow. Consumption above that amount of calorie is stored as fat. The body uses calories for activity such as repair and growth, but it does not require excess calories to do its tasks.
