Build Muscles Naturally
Some people use fad diets or supplements to build muscle. How about building muscle naturally, and the healthy way. Here are some tips on how to build muscle the natural way.
Eat protein. Increase your intake of protein. Protein helps build muscles. The best way to eat protein is from the plant protein. They call these “live” proteins because they have not been heated or processed in any way. There is a protein plant called Hemp, which is the protein with the most anabolic proteins in it.
Fifty grams of protein a day is enough to build muscle. Protein sources come from eggs, fish, poultry, and lean meats. Forty percent of your diet should come from protein. Another 40 percent should come from carbohydrates and 20 percent should come from fat. Bodybuilders should eat six meals a day. Plan on increasing your caloric intake.
High intensity training helps build muscle fast. High intensity means large weights and fewer reps. You can always vary your exercises so you do not get bored.
Compound muscle building builds muscles the fastest because they use more than one joint at a time and more than one muscle. A few examples of these are push-ups, pull-ups, bench press, dips, chin-ups, and squats.
Rest is also a big part of muscle building. You need to wait at least 24 hours between workouts. You need to get eight hours of sleep if you can. Muscles grow and repair themselves during rest periods.
Your diet is very important to muscle building. Your diet should be full of lean proteins, carbohydrates, and mono-saturated fats. What you eat matters a great deal in bodybuilding. It takes time to plan and execute six meals a day. You need to eat approximately every three hours.
Stay away from supplements and steroids. Most supplements are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration. There are so many supplements out there where would you begin.
You should be able to get all the nutrients you need from your diet. Do not take anything unless a doctor suggests it. These are some simple natural ways to build muscle.
