Brisk walking is a gentle, low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health. Brisk walking is most popular and comfortable exercise for all ages of women. It is one of your body’s best forms of exercise. It is safe, simple and need not any special training or practice. Some of the health benefits of brisk walking are mentioned below:
• If you have blood pressure brisk walking can prove beneficial to get rid of it.
• As older age people are unable to do hard exercise at that time brisk walking can be helpful as walking for physical fitness can prevent falls and it is also good to stay mobile and independent.
• People who are obese and want to do easy exercise they can perform brisk walking as it is helpful to burn calorie. For example if a middle age women walk more than 10,000 step everyday it lowers the weight of body fat then who don’t perform any find of activity or exercise.
