Breath-Meditation

Breath meditation in yoga is a practice to balance mind and body by controlled breathing or concentrating the mind on the breath. The practice involves breathing techniques and relaxation methods to strengthen memory, sharpen mind and connect us to the superpower by awakening of mind and soul. It can make us experience mental and spiritual wholesomeness. By following all the correct physical postures and breathing techniques, the mind and body are refreshed and rejuvenated.

The technique tells us how to divert our mind from worldly and acquisitive feeling and concentrate on breath to attain eternal bliss. It brings tranquility of the body as well as mind. Yoga improves our physical and mental fitness through the exchange of energy from the environment. The breathing meditation enhances mental clarity and concentration. It strengthens your posture and alignment to support your body fitness. The mental stability and exhilaration, thus, achieved helps combat stress and tension and keeps our minds lithe and fresh.

Yoga breath meditation helps us diverting our attention towards integration, balance, compassion and love. The aim of meditation is to bring mind, body and spirit into unanimity through breathing practices. It forms the base and link between the mind and the body. It helps in releasing tension and alleviating stress and achieving serenity, composure and a sense of equilibrium.

In breath meditation, the follower experiences the progressive clarity and refinements of awareness and finally a focused mind.

Breath-meditation and relaxation techniques are initiated to cope with physical and mental health problems but it has extreme benefits on the emotional sides of their lives. The techniques are a boon to reduce anxiety, nervousness, and achieve tranquility during the severe health challenges such as cancer. The gain from the breath meditation and relaxation technique is unexplainable and only be experienced.  Alternate nostril breathing (Anuloma-Viloma), breath meditation, and other relaxation techniques are immensely beneficial and a blessing  to improve the quality of life.
