Never ever avoid breakfast. This is the beginning of your day and if you want your rest of the day to go smoothly then eating good breakfast is a must. They say if you begin with good food then the rest of the day will be perfect.

Just take the sunflower and cranberry. They act as fuelling. Combine them with milk and it’s the perfect light breakfast for you. They are filling as well as healthy.
You can sharpen up your brain by consuming required amount of almond with cranberry. The fruit and nut mixed will give you omega-3s and vitamins to give you the healthiest food. Nothing matches perfect than this. Try this you will be clinging on to it forever.
You could go for belly stuffing peanut butter. This can be prepared in this way, take oatmeal baked with eggs, peanut butter and soy milk packs. This is enough to keep your hunger away for longer time.
There is yet another breakfast meal and that is banana. You can take this with milk too. Do know banana is rich in potassium and give good boost to muscle building? Sometimes they just act as the perfect filling when you are too hungry. These are some of the easiest methods of breakfast for those who run short of time. They are not time killing. You must make sure to take regular breakfast.
