However, apart from the regular exercises, you must watch out your dietary habits. If you want to lower blood pressure then you need to do some changes in your daily foods. Rely more on fresh foods which do not have high fat concentration. Go for omega 3 and it is great supplement to lower blood pressure. Besides, you must eat fruits and fresh vegetables that are rich in minerals, Vitamins and proteins. Follow these habits; you will automatically lower blood pressure.
