Blazing Cardio for Fat Loss

cardioburnfatPeople who go to gyms are  often distracted while doing workouts and they casually listen to the music in their IPods or chat with friends on their mobiles without focusing completely on their intense workouts.

This lack of effort does not give them the result they expect to get. The people who use machines like treadmills or elliptical machines with phones to their ears or reading something in the middle is not fruitful even if done for the whole day.

Everybody has  freedom to do anything and it’s up to them to decide how they should workout. People who watch TV and listen to music while doing workouts cannot get any fat loss or lean muscle mass since absolute dedication and hard work is needed to get such results.

This is mainly because people feel good when they do cardio irrespective of how much effort they apply for those workouts. They read magazine or chat with friends and do the work outs casually and they lack the effort required for good workouts.

Also, there is a general misunderstanding that cardio workouts of low intensity can help in reducing body fats, which is not really true.

There are readings in every machine indicating the zone for fat loss and it’s wishful thinking that at 60 percent of our maximum heart beat rate we can reduce excess fat. The harder we work out during a cardio session, the more the chance of fat loss.

High intensity workouts and interval training is doing cardio and aerobic exercises for a short time span of around 1 minute and we take breakouts with rest and low intensity in the middle.

This has been proven with science as a better workout compared to plain low intense workouts. We can carry on any workout as we please and then we should take some rest for some time. This is an alternative to interval training and is a very effective technique for reducing fat and building muscles.

It’s always better to find a colleague or some good old friend who can be a fierce competitor who can challenge you during the workouts. The more intense we work out and try to challenge each other, the better results we can get at the end.
