Each of these foods has added benefits as well as fat burning properties, and so they are excellent foods to be included in your healthy eating plan. They will help you keep the excess weight off and maintain good health and fitness. 

Milk
Milk contains casein which suppresses hunger. Milk is renowned for being a good source of calcium, which has been shown to be a significant weight loss mineral, as well as strengthening bones and teeth. Dairy is high in protein, vitamins and minerals. Choose low fat or skim options to cut down on fat intake and organic to ensure the purity of the milk.

Yogurt
Yogurt has all the benefits of milk plus the added advantage of being a source of pro-biotics to maintain a healthy gut. Pro-biotics are good bacteria that are needed in the intestinal tract, and they help to keep the bad bacteria under control.

Eggs

Vegetables
