Your body needs continuous energy supply through out the day and these are some of the food items to keep you fully energized whole day long without lapsing with the shortage of energy.

So guys if you are working whole day just pick up these tricks to keep your self motivated whole day. Your mood and body energy will depend on so much how and what type foods you take.

Start your morning with light caffeine. This means your breakfast needs whole combination of all kind of fruits and good foods. Good foods here mean that should contain skim dairy, Soya milk and eat lots of protein content items.  Serve oatmeal with yoghurt and banana with soy milk and blueberries. They are health starters and good source of energy for your day’s activity.

One of the most common mistakes committed by us is skipping lunch time and taking lunch at three or four pm. This makes body very saturated and one may perhaps fell for gastric victim if this continues. Your lunch should be taken at proper time table in order to avoid any discrepancy in your health.

Don’t adopt a habit of pushing back lunch time for another hour delay. Some of the energy boosters are omega – 3 fatty acid, tuna fish, salmon, walnut, and tofu and canola oil. They are perfect ingredients for the healthy health.

Your day can be kept alive and lively just by taking proper food at exact time. Maintain your breakfast and lunch time. Add good and fresh foods along with your timing then I bet nothing will beat down your level of energy whole day. Foods such as colourful fruits and vegetables are said to be best and ideal items. Eat on time with moderate intake, don’t consume or stuff your self so much at one go.
