We always talk about work outs but we never care to talk about brain exercises. It is very crucial to keep your brain active and to keep it active you need to maintain brain exercise which will finally boost the memory and sharpness of brain. They say as we age the memory retaining power decreases and it starts to perform retreat way, one becomes more absent minded and forgetfulness.
This will go more if the brain is kept numb without any activity. Some of the traditional brain game could be playing games on cards and word puzzles.

The most challenging mental work for your brain can be learning a new computer operating system and learning a new language. These are tough jobs and you need regular practice without which nothing can be leaned and this is how your brain is given a task to perform.

Learning computer can be like cracking a nut especially when you are getting down to the most difficult part of the computer chapters. However, this is brainstorming and will keep you updated and at the same time make you feel young.

The second most challenging job is learning languages, it is one of the toughest jobs and it can really make you go crazy. It is very good when you are still a kid because you have sharp learning capacity. As one ages the learning capacity starts to decrease year by year.

To boost your learning and giving exercises to your brain, you need a balanced diet. The best food is to drink milk before going to bed. This will energize your brain. Besides you can rely on fruits and fresh vegetables. Your meal should be colourful if possible. This is the great source of whole some body vitamins. Don’t neglect the intake of a bit of fat contained foods.
