The best remedy to shake off your extra weight is to eat less and exercise more. It is easy to advise or recommend but very difficult to follow in the context of real life. So the experts across the country have recommended few simple and easy to follow weight loss or the diet tips.

The first and the foremost is to drink plenty of water and other diet beverages that are
calorie free. Do not confuse thirst with hunger. Plain water can be made healthful by adding citrus or a splash of juice, or flavored teas like mango or peach as these contain no calories. It has been recommended to attain a healthy weight loss one should consume 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. It is very beneficial as it contains fiber and fulfilling from the volume of food. Fruits and vegetables have unlimited health benefits such as the disease-preventing qualities of phytochemicals is incomparable to any other eatable.

Do not munch in between meals and consider only when you are really hungry.
When a craving come from hunger, eating will be able to satisfy it and you will not excess. After eating you should not feel stuffed, bloated or tired. You should be careful and choosy of your dinner as well as desserts, if you take at night. Sometimes mindless eating occurs after dinner, when you finally try to relax. Avoid sitting with an eatables like chips or cookies in front of the television as it is an example of eating amnesia, where you eat without being hungry.

To escape such habits shut down the kitchen after a decided time. You can eat a low-calorie snack, like low cal cookies, low-fat ice cream. Once you are habitual and able to enjoy low-cal snack, try a cup of zero-calorie tea.
