Benefits of Neem

The botanical name of Neem is Azadirachta Indica. Neem is a very popular herb in India; it is abundant in the Indian region. There are several benefits of Neem like it cures skin, dental diseases. It has very good medicinal properties. We may not be using Neem directly, but we use Neem in our soaps, toothpastes and medicines.
A research has shown that Neem can also cure diabetes naturally. Neem can be consumed in form of capsules as it is very bitter in taste. Constant use of Neem can cure Psoriasis, and can give you soft, porous and lustrous skin. In clinical studies Neem extracts and oils have been found very effective in treatment of psoriasis. Neem oils and extracts can remove redness, itching from the skin.
In cases of eczema, research has shown that, by applying weaker Neem leaf extracts, on the affected areas, it gives relief to patients who have been suffering from eczema. Using a soap and shampoo containing Neem oil can easily give you relief from itching and redness of eczema. For badly affected areas of skin Neem creams should be applied.
Neem also cures Acne; it effectively kills the bacteria that give birth to acne. Neem reduces inflammation caused by Acne. Other benefits of Neem are that it cures general skin problems like dandruff, dry skin, wrinkles, itchy scalp, and skin ulcers.
Neem has been very effective in curing prolonged dental diseases.Throught India and South East Asia, thousands of people in village use Neem twigs and leaves to clean their teeth and, to keep their gums free from infection and diseases. People use Neem to heal their gum tissue and to prevent cavities. These days’ people use Neem toothpaste which contains extracts of Neem bark which can cure Pyorrhea.
Neem also helps in curing Arthritis; ancient studies have proven that prolonged use of Neem seed, bark and leaf can give relief from severe pain of arthritis. Neem reduces swelling and pains in joints. Neem has also been used for the curing minor diseases like blood pressure, blood clots, cholesterol.
