I would suggest you to include honey in your breakfast. Yes, instead of spreading jam or jelly or any other thing, replace with honey. The surge of energy will definitely come to you.
Especially for kids, it is the best you can give them. The school going kids usually feel strained due to the hectic home work and classes. Many a time, you can notice the low energy level in them. In such a situation, replace butter and jams and use honey for their sandwiches or ham. You can even mix a spoon of honey in their milk and give it to them.
Did you know that, honey can relieve you from the hangover? If you have drunk a lot and it is becoming difficult to get rid of the hang over by mixing two spoon of honey with half cup of orange juice and half cup yogurt. Blend them together properly and gulp it down.
