Benefits of good fitness program

Why there be any doubt; it is the everlasting fact that exercise is good for overall health of each one of us.  But, unfortunately the other fact is also that number of women keeps on starting and stopping their exercise routines so often as they do to their car engines.  They do buy some expensive piece of exercise equipment but only for the sake of storage of it with lots of dust accumulated on it.

For the obese and severe obese women, they perceive exercise negatively.  To better accept, it would be nice to use the term ‘activity’ in place of ‘exercise.’  Begin to get benefit out of your daily activities such as the act of vacuuming more effectively, a brisk walk during lunch break, or arm curls with a can of soup.  These daily activities can increase blood flow and strengthen your muscles.  Do not wish for any unattainable activity; rather go for achievable and realistic activities with likely increment in the future.  If you start this way, you will not desire to stop.

Benefits:  You will see some obvious benefits associated with these daily routines.  These include stronger state of bones and muscles; improvement in self esteem; healthy body weight; improvement in blood pressure and cholesterol level; reduction in depression, anxiety, or stress; improved mood; and overall improved health.  Moreover, you need to keep a good balance among the body parts while doing activities; because women often do a mistake of overexerting one body area and simultaneously under exerting another area. Ultimately, causing troubles related to bones, joints, and muscles.f

Optimal benefits:  The practice of aerobic (heart strengthening) exercise 3 to 5 days per week for at least 30 minutes, and the anaerobic (bone and muscle strengthening) exercise 2 to 3 days per week may gift you the optimal results.  A proper stretching in all directions should be concentrated while doing any fitness program.  A slow start and assured persistence in combination with good nutrition will work successfully. Make it clear in your mind that with your heart pumping a little faster, blood pressure flows a bit faster, and muscle stretching more than usual, your health will improve.
