Banana is a combination of carbohydrates and Vitamin B .It Contains three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose – combined with fiber, a day banana gives an instant, sustained and large boost of energy. It can also help overcome or prevent an extensive number of illnesses and conditions.
