Benefits of Aerobic Dance

Aerobic dance is an exercise while dancing in music. As it is fun providing method also it improves the health beneficial. The benefits of aerobic dance towards the contribution overall wellness have been studied in a skewed manner. Many studies in the past examined cardio respiratory benefits of aerobic dance. Some of the benefits are mentioned below:Strong Bones-Aerobic dance gives the idea of side-to-side movement of the body that helps to strengthen your bones (tibia, fibula and femur) and can help slow down of breakage of bones.

Weights lose-The most important benefit of aerobic dance that make it favorable is that it helps to burn more calories and that results to weight lose. It can burn as many calories as swimming, walking and jogging. After a half-hour consistent dace you can lose 200-300 calories.

Rehabilitation-After a heart or knee injury, movement may be part of your rehabilitation. Aerobic dance is alternate to dancing and jogging.

Improved Circulation-Aerobic dance is beneficial to improve the blood circulation level. When you dance your heart beat goes up and down according to your movement this results improved blood circulation level.

Stress And Anxiety Relaxation- Most wonderful benefit of aerobic dance is it relieves you from the mental stress and relaxes you. Music is considered the most stress relieving method all over the world. Music provides you peace and calm.

Cardiovascular Conditioning- Regularly doing this exercise can slower down your heart rate. It also lower down your blood pressure and improve cholesterol profile. Many physicians suggest doing these exercises 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes as a daily routine. The degree of cardio vascular depends how regularly you dance and how it affects you.

Make You More Social- As these exercises performed in classes having big strength of people. You may contact with more people there. It helps you to develop strong social ties which contribute to self-esteem and positive outlook. You can also enlarge your community here.

Flexibility- As dancing concerned with many movements and dance types such as salsa, hip-hop, disco, jazz and ballet. All the dance forms suggest the idea of whole body movements. So, this makes your body more flexible that can move in any way.
