We are always advised to eat food for the body but here we have something different from the regular tips. Achieving beautiful face and skin is every ones dream and irrespective of genders. We all long to have or remain beautiful throughout our ages.
Smooth and beautiful skin is like the great American Dream especially for women of all age.
The dream is not that far, it’s achievable if only you learn these few tips. Some of the common food items that we eat daily are useful for this purpose. If you have burning and itching skin due to over exposure of sun, then fresh juice of apricots is the best solution. Apply it on your face directly. You can bring effective result if you use regularly atleast for more than a week.
Your black spot, blackheads and pimples will vanish if you use paste of drumstick pods and leaves mixed with fresh lime juice. Slowly and gently rub the mixture on the face and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes. You can follow the same for ten days. This will definitely bring good result. This will enhance younger looking too.
If the pimples from your face are so stubborn to go then try this method. Apply raw garlic juice blended with fresh lime juice on the affected area or whole of your face. Since both garlic and lime are very strong hence the mixture might cause slight burning but it’s harmless. So don’t worry.
Applying papaya on face is a common thing but how seriously have you thought about its good effect so far? Immerse yourself with the habit of applying on your face and I bet you are sure to get good result. This is excellent for problems like pimples, acne and acts as strong cleansing agent.
