Be Careful Of Processed Foods
Eating processed foods has proven to raise cancer risk in women, such as breast cancer, pancreatic, urinary tract and womb cancer. With time eating habit has also undergone drastic change from home to fast machine food. Although this change has comforted our way of means and made it very convenient for us however, there is a big drawback to our health. Modern technology has made our transportation very quick and so as our life style too. To keep pace with running time we cling on fast food, junk food and this puts us in dangerous situation.
Fast food is not only deteriorating our health but making us lazy to cook our own food at home and most of us give excuse of not having enough time. But now you have to take out time for yourself especially women. You have more chance of falling sick and getting cancer from fast food so stop depending on it and start to prepare at home before it takes on to your health.
When you eat outside you don’t have choice but to eat whatever is served to you. In this way your blood sugar is elevated and this puts women in greater risk of falling. You may even get diabetes if no proper sugar check is done. There is a big link between the junk food and high level of blood sugar is found. This elevated sugar can get you diabetes type 2 which is also known as adult onset diabetes. This in later life leads to cancer risk.
According to Dr. Greg Martin, science and manager in UK branch of the World cancer Research Fund has concluded that it is difficult to link cancer with high elevated sugar but there is a great chance of getting it and he also said that high blood sugar levels can be reduced if proper food such as fresh fruits and vegetables are consumed daily. So women watch out your grabbing for junk food.
