Banana-Peach Shake For Hot Summer
The summer is already in. The temperature tends to soar higher and higher with each and every passing day. During these hot days, people usually take resort of various types of cold drinks to maintain the temperature and give the body a soothing and cooling effect. This urge for cold drinks during summer leads many of us to spend a lot of money on ordering drinks from outside. It is not only about money but, you have to ask yourself that whether the drink from outside is healthy and hygienic?
Given this situation, if I suggest you to make a tasty and healthy drink at home for your hot afternoon then what you would say? Yes, I would suggest you to try making various types of drinks at home and to save your money and health from illness.
Here, in this article, I would tell you about how to make banana-peach shake, which seems to be perfect for a hot summer day. It is very easy to make, but good for health and taste buds.
The ingredients you need to make this drink are four to five cup of sliced ripe banana, around four cup of milk (in case you are health conscious then you can take fat-free milk), one cup of sliced peach, two cups of chilled yogurt. In case of yogurt also, you can opt for fat-free products.
As I have already mentioned that it is easy to make this drink, so take banana, peach and milk and grind them together till they get blended properly. Now you can add the chilled yogurt and stir the mix as long as they become smooth and serve immediately.
It is not only delicious in taste but also healthy and quite filling as well. During the afternoon break, this shake is a perfect match.
