For example, if cheese and calcium are included in more quantity, then it may lead to the loss of calcium through urine. Therefore, this diet can lead to various health problems. It is better to consult a doctor and act upon his advice regarding following this diet pattern; otherwise, it becomes very difficult to handle the health problems.

It is very essential to make an analysis of the pros and corns of this diet through the easily available books on this particular diet plan. In addition to this, various books on the recipes relating to this diet plan are also available. Only then make up your mind regarding following up and opting for this diet.
