Beat the heat, stay cool and make your skin glow. All you need for the perfect at home spa is some peppermint essential oil and a daily rinse out conditioner. Who knew that treating yourself well at home could be fun and inexpensive?

For releasing those tension headaches and to keep your scalp just as soft and supple as your hair, add 1 or 2 drops of peppermint oil to your conditioner. Slather your hair and massage your scalp in circular motions starting at your hairline. Cover both sides of your head and finish with your neck then rinse. The peppermint will leave you with a cool and refreshing feeling.

To revive your entire body, combine ¼ cup of shredded cucumber, ¼ cup finely chopped mint leaves, ½ cup aloe, 5 drops lavender oil and 2 drops chamomile oil in your blender on puree. Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes and spread on all of your hot spots. This includes feet, neck and legs. Wrap in plastic wrap for 15 min and rinse for a refreshed you.

Your feet need loving to. In a large basin put lukewarm water and soak feet for about 10 minutes. Take some salt scrub and spearmint oil and massage your feet and legs then rinse. Take a few stones and place them in a bowl of ice for a few minutes then massage your feet and legs with them. When done, use lotion on your legs and feet, clean your toenails and paint them beautiful.

For tired and puffy eyes, place cucumber slices over them and relax for about 10 minutes. This will relieve irritation and take away the puffs. You will feel like a new wonderful you with just a few of these simple steps to beauty.
