Asian Bubble Tea

Tea is always considered the necessary element of most of the people of India and even in the world. Bed tea’ gives the idea of that tea which everyone needs to get up. Many people even say that their whole day goes bad if they don’t drink tea in the morning. You can enjoy your tea but a new variety of tea is here is satisfy your tongue and that is ‘Asian bubble tea’.

Ingredients:
Sugar syrup
3 ounce of tapioca pearls
1cup of milk
2 parts white sugar
1 part brown sugar
1 cup brewed tea, you can take Chinese black tea or lychee tea)
Some ice cubes

How to prepare:
Prepare the sugar syrup-Take a pan and boil the water in it. Add the sugar to the water. Reduce the heat until cubes of sugar dissolved in water. Remove it from heat.

How to prepare tapioca pearls-Tapioca pearls are main ingredient of the Asian bubble tea. Boil the water and add pearls to them. Boil the mixture for 30 minutes. Stir 2-3 times to assure the pearls are not sticking to each other. Turn the heat off, but don’t remove the pearls from water for next 30 minutes and place the lid of pan on the pot. Now, drain the pearls and rinse cold water to cool them. Add sugar syrup to them. Stir the pearls. Add the milk and ice cubes Asian bubble tea is now ready to enjoy.

Things to remember:
You can add whit sugar and brown sugar according to your taste. Ratio could be of your choice.
Take a large pot for pearls as they expand while cooking.
To cook the pearls use 6 times more water as expanded pearls require more water.
