An Ideal Kick Off For Your Day
In each and every aspect of life, the beginning matters. So is the case with each and every day. Each day, the beginning has to be good in terms of both physically and mentally. Here, I would talk about the physical aspect in terms of your food habit for the breakfast.
Breakfast is very important, as the whole course of the day is dependent upon how you begin it. And for your information, what you eat is directly linked with your mental status as well. Yes, exactly in this order!
Kick off your day with fiber filled, filling breakfast. I have seen many having their breakfast of very less amount, boasting of it as elegant life style.
Many would prefer to begin their day with a cup of coffee or tea along with some snacks like biscuit or cookies. If you are one of them to follow such a life style then let me tell you that it is not healthy and not sufficient for the whole hectic day.
Now you must be thinking, what all you can have for breakfast, which will give you ample amount of fiber and strength as well. Here in the following, there are some suggestions, which you can try and jump start your day.
If you are fond of dishes with cereals then you try porridge of oatmeal, which contains 2 grams of fiber. You can also try raisin bran and bran flakes, which are also rich in fiber.
In fruits, you have the option of pear, apple, peach, which contains fiber of 4 gram, 3.7 gram and 3.4 grams respectively.
Under beans and lentils, half cup of cooked lentils and kidney beans are excellent for breakfast.
While concluding, I would like to draw your attention to a word of caution. Don’t ever be swayed away by claims by many food products, just by their claims. Home cooked and prepared breakfast ca not be replaced by anything.
