Aerobic Wear Clothes
Aerobic exercise is brisk in nature, so care must be taken about the clothes that are worn during exercises. All Aerobic wear clothes should be in loose fitting , so that there is freedom of movement and one should feel comfortable and self assured .As a rule of thumb the aerobic wear clothes should be lighter than the temperature .In summers great care must be taken while choosing exercise attire.
In summers aerobic wear clothing must be light and it should be in light colour, preferably white or baby pink is the most suited colour for summers. Dark colures like black and navy blue are preferred in winters for aerobic exercise. It is advisable to wear something on head .Wool ski are recommended for winter wear. In summers one can wear summer hat which can be soaked in water to keep cool on the head.
One should not choose to wear rubberized or synthetic clothes for aerobic exercises as these garments will not allow perspiration and evaporation of sweat, which can raise the body temperature at a very harmful level.
There are ,very fancy aerobic clothing that is available with the latest brands, but one should wear what is comfortable for his body, there is no need of buying very expensive clothes, but care should be taken while choosing right kind of material for exercise clothing, cotton and linen clothes are the most suited for aerobic exercises. Tight fit clothes are not recommendable for aerobic exercises as they do not allow proper flow of blood and the body movement is also restricted. Also one must wear proper wrist and ankle bands; it reduces the chances of sprain during heavy aerobic workouts. Shoes are also an important part of aerobic clothing .Care must taken while choosing shoes for yourself, the shoes must be flat and they should not have heels so that your heels are not under strain.
